A, the spindle does not have a frequency converter, the spindle does not rotate.

1 If it is suspected that the mechanical transmission is faulty, then we need to check whether the transmission belt is broken or whether the machine is in neutral;

2 If it is suspected that the three-phase power supply to the main shaft is out of phase or reversed, we need to check the power supply and exchange any two power lines;

3 If you suspect that the circuit is connected incorrectly, we need to carefully refer to the circuit connection manual to ensure that the connection is correct;

4 If the system does not have the corresponding spindle control signal output, we can use the multimeter to measure the system signal output. If there is no spindle control signal output, we need to replace the relevant IC components or return to the factory for repair;

5 If the system has the corresponding spindle control signal output, but the power supply line and control signal output line are open circuit or component damage, then we can use a multimeter to check whether the power supply and signal control circuit between the system and the spindle motor are open. Happening. Check if the contacts between the wires are in poor contact; if the AC contactor or DC relay is damaged; check if the thermal relay is overcurrent; check if the fuse is burnt.

B, the spindle has a frequency converter, the spindle does not rotate

5 If the analog voltage output is not normal, we can use a multimeter to check whether the analog voltage output by the system is normal, check whether the analog voltage signal line connection is correct or the contact is bad, and whether the analog voltage received by the inverter matches;

6 If the power-on control part is broken or the component is damaged, we can check whether the connection of each contact of the spindle power supply is reliable, whether the line is open, whether the DC relay is damaged, whether the fuse is burnt, etc.

7 If the inverter parameters are not adjusted, then our inverter contains a variety of control methods, including inverter panel control spindle mode, NC system control spindle mode, etc. If NC system control mode is not selected, We can’t use the system to control the spindle, modify this parameter; check if the relevant parameter settings are reasonable.

C, the spindle speed without the inverter is not controlled

1 If the system does not have the control signal output of S01-S04, we can judge whether there is a problem by checking whether the system has the output of the shift control signal. If not, it is a system failure, it is recommended to replace the IC or return to the factory for repair;

2 If the connection line is faulty and the system has a shift control signal output, we need to check whether there is any open circuit or poor contact on each connection line, and check whether the DC relay or AC contactor is damaged.

3 If the spindle motor is damaged or short-circuited, we can directly check the spindle motor;

4 If it is because the machine is not linked, just hang the gear.

D, the spindle has no brake

1 If it is because the brake circuit is abnormal or the strong electrical components are damaged, we need to check whether the bridge stack, the fuse, the AC contactor have a problem, and check whether the strong circuit has an open circuit;

2 If it is because the braking time is not long enough, you only need to adjust the braking time parameters of the system or the inverter;

3 If the system has no brake signal output, we need to replace the internal components or return to the factory for repair;

4 If the inverter control parameters are not adjusted, we need to consult the inverter manual and set the inverter parameters correctly.

E. Stop immediately after the spindle starts.

1 If it is because the system output pulse time is not enough, adjust the M code output time of the system;

2 If it is because the inverter is in the jog state, we can refer to the instruction manual of the inverter and set the parameters;

3 If it is because the control components of the spindle line are damaged, we need to check whether the contacts on the circuit are in good contact, check whether the DC relay AC contactor is damaged, and the contacts are not self-locking;

4 If the spindle motor is short-circuited, causing thermal relay protection, we need to find the cause of the short circuit and reset the thermal relay;

5 If the spindle control loop does not have a self-locking circuit and the parameter is set to pulse signal output, so that the spindle can not operate normally, we only need to change the start and stop parameters of the system control spindle to the level control mode.

F, the spindle rotation can not stop

If it is because the AC contactor or DC relay is damaged, it will not be controlled for a long time. Then we only need to replace the AC contactor or DC relay
